Our story
Bridge City Bakery LHC started in 2024 as a mom of four young ones decided to take a leap of faith into her passion of offering her baked goods as her kids always encouraged her to do.
My love for working with dough, baking breads and desserts began nearly 12 years ago being a young mom with a wholesome eye…and appetite. I had many bread trials before I perfected my own recipes and now, more comfortable than ever, offering my goods to my community. Balancing technique and traditions, Bridge City Bakery crafts bold, unforgettable flavors that defy the ordinary.
Badass Bakery
Nestled in the heart of Lake Havasu, Bridge City Bakery LHC is a microbakery that specializes in small-batch, handcrafted artisan breads and desserts. Focusing on quality and tradition, BCB offers a range of delicious treats, including sourdough bread loaves, tangy sourdough bagels, soft airy sandwich bread, and an array of sweet delights like cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, pastries, and scones. Items are baked off fresh daily and made to order, ensuring that every bite is a celebration of flavor and craftsmanship.
